How do we work and what does it cost
How does a concierge service work? – Our service starts from the moment you
contact us with an assignment. Our first task is to ask all the right questions,
to know exactly what you want, need and expect. From there it’s easy, you sit
back and relax and let us do the work for you. Through our vast network of
contacts, associates and service providers, we will research, reserve, and
deliver your requests in a timely manner. You may call, email, or fax us with
your request for service.
What kind of services do we offer? – No task is too great or too small for us.
As long as it’s moral and legal, we can do it for you. Our concierges can assist
with recommendations, referrals, reservations, research and personal assistance.

What are our fees?
If you would like to use our services for the occasional service, we offer a
pay-as-you-go option to make life simpler. Rates vary depending on the
complexity of the request and whether it’s a “virtual personal assistance” or
“on the field” service.
Virtual Personal Assistance
For many requests, we are able to fulfill your needs without needing to leave
our office. We work with a range of trusted partners and can often fulfill your
request through our partner team right from our office. We call this a virtual
assistant and is best thought of as "in the office". Our fee for this service
starts at US$35 per hour, with a one hour minimum. Service will be delivered by
phone, fax or e-mail.
On the field Assistance
For some requests, a member of our team will need to go out of the office to
fulfill your request. This can be an errand (e.g.: shop and deliver a special
gift, pick up your laundry, take your child to ballet class when you are unable
to, house sitting when you are on vacation, etc.) or an executive assistance
(e.g.: host special gatherings or events, arrange meetings, assist VIP visitors,
etc.). We call this on the field assistance and is best thought of as "out of
office". Our hourly fee starts at US$ 35 per hour for errand services. Our
hourly fee for executive/personal assistance starts at US$ 50 per hour with a
one hour minimum.
We charge for the amount of time it takes us to complete your request with a
minimum charge of one hour. Our fee does not include costs of third parties,
materials, and tax. As method of payment we accept cash, local company checks,
credit cards, and bank transfers.
Additionally membership on a monthly basis is available to individuals or
businesses wishing to more fully utilize our services. Membership depends on
number of service hours per month. We offer Silver, Gold, Platinum or Diamond
